WASHINGTON, DC, June 7, 2012 - D.C. Air Nation Guard has awarded a contract to Creative Business Solutions (CBS), Inc. to support the United States Property and Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for the District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG). The DCNG maintains Army and Air National Guard units that are available for mobilizati on during war and provide assistance during national emergencies.
Under this contract CBS, Inc. will provide procurement and business support services to both Army and Air National Guard offices with an emphasis on Architect and Engineering Design and Con struction Acquisition. This effort includes analyzing procurement requirements, recommending contract types and methods, and providing procurement training with specific focus on Nation Guard Federal Acquisition Regulations (NGFARs) requirements.
