WASHINGTON , DC , February 0 2 , 201 3 – Cre ative Business Solutions (CBS) , Inc., http://www.cbsxcels.com , was awarded a subcontract agreement to support the Department of the Navy, Assistant Secretary for Administration (DON/AA) . The DON/AA provides leadership and management of all administrative matters in support of the Se cretary of the Navy (SECNAV) staff offices, field activities and supported organizations.
Under th is contract, CBS, Inc. will assist the Assistant Secretary for Administration in f inancial and accounting analysis including, bu t not limited to track ing, validating, and reconciling financial statement line items ; p repare and process accounting transaction at the Standard General Ledger (SGL) level within accounting systems at Headquarters and field levels ; and p rovide monthly report on DON/AA execution performance analysis for Current Obligation and Authority, Problem Disbursement s , Outstanding Travel Advances, and Reimbursable Work Orders , Fund Balance With Treasury, and Statement of Budgetary Resources . The effort includes pr ofessional and technical advice and reports to the headquarters and field level activities , preparation and process of accounting transactions , and monitor, track ing and validation of DON/AA financia l processes .
