The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-one Total Technology (T4) contract enables VA to acquire services for information technology programs that will help ensure timely delivery of health care and benefits to Veterans. This program consists of a multiple award contract vehicle to provide a comprehensive, world-wide solution to support both VA and non-VA customers with a ceiling value of $12 billion.
The Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Services for Program Excellence and Corporate Transformation Umbrella (SPECTRUM) contract allows the Office of Policy and Planning (OPP) and other VA organizations to obtain program management, strategic planning, and management analysis support for projects and programs. SPECTRUM has a ceiling value of $1 billion.
The National Guard Bureau Professional Support Services (NGB PSS) contract is a multiple award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract providing a wide variety of professional support services within the functional areas of; administration management support functions, aviation analysis, resource management, logistics policy and procedures, property accountability, RESET operations, and certification of training. The BPA contract ceiling is valued at $250 million with a five year (base and 4 one year Options) Period of Performance.
Air Combat Command (ACC) Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV is ACC and the Air Force District of Washington's (AFDW) strategic initiative to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to United States Air Force customers. Work is being performed at ACC headquarters at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, 13 major ACC locations (wing/bases), and additional ACC organizations with Host Tenant Support Agreements. CAAS IV also supports the Air Force District of Washington customers, to include Headquarters Air Force, Secretary of the Air Force, and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. The CAAS IV contract is a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) valued at $4.7 billion and has a period of performance for 58 months starting 15 December 2011 through October 14, 2016.
The NAVSEA enterprise awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for NAVSEA Warfare Centers, NAVSEA Headquarters, its PEOs, and field activities. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy’s Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions.
